SNEAKY FOX SUPPORT
One phone, one spy, everything you need to know.
Sneaky Fox is an offline "find the spy" party game for 3 to 12 people passing one phone. This page answers the questions players actually ask. If yours isn't here, write to us - a person reads every message.
Playing
How do we play?
Pass the phone around the group. On your turn, hold the card to reveal it, remember what it says, let go and hand the phone to the next player. Everyone sees the same secret except the spy, who doesn't.
Then take turns asking each other questions. Players try to show they know the secret without giving it away; the spy tries to blend in. When you're ready, vote for who you think the spy is. If the spy is caught, they still get one last guess at the secret.
How many people can play?
From 3 to 12 players, all on one phone. Nobody else needs to install anything, and no internet connection is needed.
How do I change player names or the order?
Open the Who's playing? screen. There you can add or remove players, edit their names and change the order the phone is passed in. Names are stored only on the phone.
The purchase
Is Sneaky Fox Premium a subscription?
No. Sneaky Fox Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks the extra decks for good. It never renews and you are never charged again for it.
I bought it, but the extra decks are still locked.
Tap Restore purchases in the app. This asks the store and re-applies the purchase made on the store account currently signed in on the device.
If it still doesn’t unlock, email us with the store (App Store or Google Play), the device, and roughly when you bought it - we’ll sort it out.
Does the purchase work on my other devices?
Yes, on any device signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account. Install the app and tap Restore purchases. Player names and settings stay on each device and don’t move with the purchase.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store, not by us, and we have no access to your payment details. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use your order history in Google Play - Google explains the steps on its refund help page.
Privacy & data
What does the app collect?
Nothing about you. There is no account and no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Player names, settings and the current game are stored on the phone and never leave it.
The only outside service is RevenueCat, which checks and restores the optional purchase using an anonymous ID - never player names. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
How do I delete everything?
Delete the app. Everything the game stores lives on the device, so there is no server copy of your players or games to request the deletion of.
Didn't find it? Write to us.
A real person reads every support message. Include the device model and OS version - it helps us reproduce anything odd.
