Terms of Use.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Sneaky Fox mobile application published by CodeEnsis Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in Cyprus. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer, or extract the decks, artwork or other assets from the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law. The licence terms of the App Store or Google Play also apply.
3. The one-time purchase
The app is free to download and can be played without paying. A single optional non-consumable purchase, "Sneaky Fox Premium", permanently unlocks the extra decks on the store account that bought it. It is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The price in your local currency is shown before you confirm.
- The purchase can be restored on other devices signed in to the same store account using "Restore purchases" in the app.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to validate and restore purchases, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue store refunds ourselves. Requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or through your Google Play order history.
4. Game content
The decks and other game content are provided "as is" for entertainment. We try to make them fun and suitable for a general audience, but we do not guarantee that every card is accurate, appropriate for every group, or free of errors in every language.
5. Play responsibly
Sneaky Fox is a party game about bluffing and spotting the bluffer. Bluffing belongs to the game, not to real life. Keep it friendly: do not use the game to harass, humiliate or pressure anyone, and do not combine it with dares or drinking rules that put people at risk. Pay attention to your surroundings while passing the phone, and do not play while driving or in any situation that needs your full attention. You are responsible for how you and your group play.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its name, the decks, illustrations, text and code are the property of, or licensed to, CodeEnsis Ltd. and are protected by copyright and other laws. Player names you type in remain yours and stay on your device. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
7. Privacy
The app has no account and stores player names, settings and the current game only on your device. They cannot be recovered if the app is deleted; a purchase can always be restored. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, change, or remove decks and features in future versions, and we may discontinue the app. Decks already unlocked by the purchase remain available in the versions in which they shipped.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes appear here with an updated "Effective" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
