Privacy Policy.

The short version. Sneaky Fox is an offline party game that a group plays by passing one phone around. There is no account, no sign-in and no server of ours. Player names, settings and the current game stay on your device. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The only outside service involved is the one that checks and restores the optional one-time purchase.

1. Who we are

Sneaky Fox is a "find the spy" party game for 3 to 12 players, published by CodeEnsis Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in Cyprus. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with data.

2. We collect no personal information

We do not run any server for the app, and the app does not send us personal information. Specifically, it does not collect:

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact details. There is no account and no sign-in.
Location, contacts, photos, or camera or microphone input.
Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID) for advertising or tracking.
Usage analytics, screen views, session data, or behavioural profiles.

3. What is stored on the device

The following is kept in the app's own local storage on the device and never leaves it:

The player names you type in on the "Who's playing?" screen, and the player order. Any name or nickname works; names are only shown on screen so the group knows whose turn it is.
Game settings and the game currently in progress.

Uninstalling the app removes all of it. We keep no copy and perform no cloud backup.

4. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking

The app contains no advertising networks, no analytics services, and no social-network integrations. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share personal data.

5. Purchases and RevenueCat

The app offers one optional one-time purchase, "Sneaky Fox Premium", which permanently unlocks extra decks. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment details.

To check that a purchase is valid and to restore it on your devices, the app uses RevenueCat, a service provided by RevenueCat, Inc. When the app checks or restores a purchase, RevenueCat receives:

An anonymous app user ID generated by the app. It is not linked to your name or to any account of ours.
Purchase receipt and transaction data from the store.
Device and operating-system information.
Country and currency of the store account.

RevenueCat does not receive player names or anything else you type into the game. Its handling of this data is described in the RevenueCat privacy policy. Apple and Google process the payment itself under their own privacy policies.

6. Children's privacy

Sneaky Fox is a party game for general audiences. It is not directed specifically at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, of any age.

7. Internet access

The game itself works with no network connection. A connection is used only to make or restore the purchase, to check purchase status, or when you open one of these pages from the app.

8. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, or delete. To remove the data stored on your device, delete the app. For data held by RevenueCat in connection with a purchase, you can contact us and we will help you with the request.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes appear here with an updated "Effective" date. If the app ever starts collecting anything new, this page will say so before that version ships.
