PILLOWBOOK

Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 13 May 2026

The short version. Bedtime is private. We don't ask for photos, we don't track your child, and the names you tell Pillowbook stay on the device. The waitlist email is used once — to tell you the beta is open — and then again when the app ships.

Who we are

Pillowbook is built by Codeensis Ltd. ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

What this page covers

Pillowbook is not yet released. Right now, the only thing collecting any information is this website's waitlist signup. The sections below describe both what the site collects today and what the app will collect when it ships, so there are no surprises later.

The waitlist (today)

When you enter your email to join the Pillowbook waitlist, we store:

We use this only to send you a small number of emails: a confirmation, an invitation when the beta opens, and a notice when the app launches. Reply "unsubscribe" to any of those and we'll remove you. We do not sell, rent, or share the waitlist with anyone outside Codeensis.

The app (when it ships)

Once Pillowbook is available, the app will work like this:

Children's privacy

Pillowbook is designed for a parent or guardian to use on behalf of a child. The app does not require the child to interact with it, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep the waitlist email

Until the product has launched and we've sent the launch notice. After that, we'll delete the list within 90 days unless you've opted in to a separate newsletter.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what we have, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Changes

When Pillowbook is released, this policy will be updated to reflect what the live app actually does. Material changes will be summarized at the top with a new date.
