Know your true cost.
Stop underpricing your work. CraftCost counts every material, labor hour, overhead, and marketplace fee, then hands you a price that actually pays you.
Most makers guess their price.
CraftCost does the math.
A price you can defend.
CraftCost turns the real cost of making something into a recommended price - so you charge what your work is worth, not what feels safe.
Count every cost.
Add the materials in a recipe, your labor hours and rate, and overhead as a percentage or a fixed amount. CraftCost adds it up into a true cost per item.
Price by markup or margin.
Set a markup multiplier or work backwards from a target margin. Drag the hero number and watch the recommended price update live.
See what you actually keep.
Apply Etsy, eBay, or your own marketplace fee preset and CraftCost shows your profit after fees - and warns you the moment a sale would lose money.
Three steps to a
real price.
No sign-up, no spreadsheet. Add what goes into a product and read the number off the top.
Add your materials.
Build a library of materials with a price per unit. Reuse them across every product you make.
Build the recipe.
Pick the materials and quantities for a product, add labor and overhead, and CraftCost totals the true cost.
Get your price.
Choose a markup or margin, apply marketplace fees, and export a clean price sheet to share or keep.
Every cent, accounted for.
No more "materials plus a bit". CraftCost shows the line items behind the price, so you can explain it to a customer or to yourself.
No account. No cloud.
Your recipes and prices stay on your device.
The short version.
Does CraftCost need an account?
No. Everything stays on your device. There is no sign-up, no cloud sync, and nothing to log into. Your data leaves with the app if you delete it.
Is it free?
Calculating a price is always free and unlimited. A one-time CraftCost Pro unlock removes the saved-item limits and adds price-sheet export. You can use the calculator fully before deciding.
Are the marketplace fees official?
The fee presets are editable estimates to get you close - they are not official rates, and CraftCost is not affiliated with Etsy, eBay, Amazon, or any marketplace. Always confirm fees with the marketplace.
Can I share a price with a customer?
Yes. Export a clean price sheet as a PDF or image and share it through your phone's normal share sheet.
Charge what your work is worth.
