Does it need an account or the internet?

No sign-up, ever. Your logging works offline - the app only goes online to load ads and send basic diagnostics. Your weight history, goal, and settings are stored only on your device.

What data does it collect?

Your weight, goals and notes stay in the app's private storage on your phone - they never leave it and are never used to target ads. The app is free and ad-supported, so it includes Google AdMob and basic Firebase analytics and crash reporting, which collect limited device data - never your weight data. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Export your full history to a CSV file at any time from Settings, then share it or open it in a spreadsheet. If you uninstall the app, all on-device data is removed with it.

Is the BMI or trend medical advice?
