Terms of Use.
These Terms govern your use of the Setoro mobile app ("App"), published by CodeEnsis Ltd, Cyprus ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. What the App does
Setoro builds a training plan from your answers to a short questionnaire and lets you log sets, weights and repetitions. Plans are generated by fixed rules inside the App. The App does not use artificial intelligence at runtime and does not give medical advice.
2. Health notice
Strength training carries a risk of injury. The App is general fitness information, not medical, physiotherapy or nutrition advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, or have a heart, joint or back condition. Choosing "knees", "back" or "shoulders" in the questionnaire only removes some exercises from your plan; it is not a treatment. Stop any exercise that causes pain. You train at your own risk.
3. Subscriptions
Some features require Setoro Premium, sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Google Play or the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if one is offered.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions) or in your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies.
4. Free features
Logging workouts, history, the last-time hint and the Starter program stay free. We may change which features are free or paid; such changes will not take away a period you have already paid for.
5. Your data
Your workouts are stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy at https://codeensis.com/setoro/privacy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App. Exercise descriptions and illustrations are provided for personal use.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, lost data or indirect damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
