SETORO
Privacy Policy.
CodeEnsis Ltd, Cyprus ("we") publishes the Setoro app. This policy explains what data the App handles.
Data that stays on your device
Your questionnaire answers (goal, sex, experience, training days, session length, equipment, limitations), your plan and your workout log (exercises, weights, repetitions, dates) are stored only in the App's private storage on your device. We do not run servers for this data, do not receive it and cannot restore it. Deleting the App deletes this data. There is no account and no sign-in.
The "knees", "back" and "shoulders" answers are used only on your device to leave some exercises out of your plan. They are not sent anywhere.
Anonymous usage statistics (optional, off by default)
If you switch on "Anonymous usage stats", the App sends usage events to Google Firebase Analytics, for example "plan generated", "workout finished", "paywall shown". Events contain no names, no contact details and no health answers. Firebase may process an app instance ID and device information (model, OS version, country derived from IP). You can switch this off at any time in Settings. Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipts, never your card details. RevenueCat's policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
Notifications
The App schedules local notifications on your device (rest timer end, a reminder 24 hours before a free trial ends). They are created on the device; no push service is involved.
What we do not do
No advertising, no advertising ID, no selling or sharing of data with data brokers, no location, no contacts, no camera, no microphone.
Children
The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask what data we hold and ask for deletion. Because workout data never leaves your device, deleting the App removes it. For analytics data, switch off the setting and write to us to request deletion of the instance data.
