ABC TRACING

Terms of Use.

Effective: October 3, 2026

The short version. ABC Tracing is a tracing app for children, with free pages in every section and one optional one-time purchase. There is no subscription. Use it on your own devices, don't resell it, and understand that we provide it as it is.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the ABC Tracing mobile application published by CodeEnsis Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. If the app is for a child, the adult who installs it accepts these terms on the child's behalf.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer, or extract the artwork, pages or other assets from the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Purchases

The app is free to download. All line pages and the first pages of every other section are free. A single optional non-consumable purchase ("Unlock everything") opens every page permanently on the account that bought it. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The price in your local currency is shown before you confirm.
The purchase can be restored on other devices signed in to the same store account using "Restore purchases" in the grown-ups section. Family Sharing is supported on the App Store.
Pages added in later versions are included in "Unlock everything" at no extra charge.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue store refunds ourselves.

4. Parental gate

The purchase screen, the settings, and every link that leaves the app sit behind a parental gate. The gate is a safeguard, not a guarantee: keep store purchase confirmation enabled on the device, and use Screen Time (iOS) or Parental Controls (Google Play) if you want a hard block.

5. Content

All pages, illustrations and stickers in the app are the property of, or licensed to, CodeEnsis Ltd. and are protected by copyright. The app contains no user-generated content beyond the child's own tracing, no chat, no social features, and no links to external content other than those named in the Privacy Policy.

6. What the app is, and is not

ABC Tracing helps children learn to recognise letters, numbers and shapes and to trace them in the right stroke order. It is a practice tool, not an educational assessment or therapy, and we do not promise a particular learning outcome. Tracing with a finger is not the same as holding a pencil.

7. Privacy

The app collects no personal data. Profiles and progress stay on the device, with no account and no backup, so they cannot be recovered if the app is deleted; a purchase can always be restored. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove pages and features in future versions, and we may discontinue the app. Pages already unlocked by a purchase remain available in the versions in which they shipped.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
