ABC TRACING

Privacy Policy.

Effective: October 3, 2026

The short version. ABC Tracing is a tracing app for children. It works entirely offline. It collects nothing, sends nothing to us, contains no advertising, and has no analytics or tracking of any kind. There is no account and no sign-in.

1. Who we are

ABC Tracing is an app for tracing lines, shapes, numbers and letters, published by CodeEnsis Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in Cyprus. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with data.

2. We collect no personal information

The app does not collect or transmit personal information about the child or the adult using it. Specifically, it does not collect:

Email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact details.
Photos, camera or microphone input, contacts, or location.
Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID) or any device fingerprint.
Usage analytics, screen views, session data, or behavioural profiles.
The lines a child draws. They are drawn on screen and are not saved.

3. No third-party SDKs, no advertising, no analytics

The app contains no advertising networks, no analytics services, no crash-reporting services, and no social-network integrations. No third party receives any data from the app. This is a deliberate design decision for a product used by young children.

4. What is stored on the device

The following is kept in the app's own local storage on the device and never leaves it:

Child profiles: a first name or nickname a grown-up may type in, the chosen animal picture and marker colour. Any name works; it is only shown on screen so a child knows whose turn it is.
Which pages each profile has finished, and the stickers collected.
The language preference.
Whether "Unlock everything" has been purchased.

A profile and its progress can be deleted in the grown-ups section. Uninstalling the app removes everything. We perform no cloud backup.

5. Purchases

The app offers one optional non-consumable purchase, "Unlock everything", that opens every page. There is no subscription. The transaction is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store payment details. The purchase screen is placed behind a parental gate, so a child cannot reach it unaided.

6. Children's privacy (COPPA, GDPR-K)

The app is directed to children. Because it collects no personal information whatsoever, there is nothing to obtain verifiable parental consent for under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or Article 8 of the GDPR. No behavioural or contextual advertising is shown. No data is used to build a profile of the child.

7. Links out of the app

The app contains a small number of links for adults: these documents and the support page. Every one of them sits behind a parental gate that requires solving a multiplication with a two-digit answer, which a preschool-aged child is not expected to pass.

8. Internet access

All pages and pictures ship inside the app. The app functions with no network connection. A connection is used only if an adult chooses to open one of the links above or to complete or restore a store purchase.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes appear here with an updated "Effective" date. If the app ever starts collecting anything, this page will say so before that version ships.
