DIATAGO

Terms of Use.

Effective: November 3, 2026

Important. Diatago counts days. It is a planning aid, not legal, immigration or tax advice. Border authorities, consulates and tax offices make the final decision, and their count can differ from the app's. Always confirm with the official source before you travel or file.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Diatago mobile application published by CodeEnsis Ltd. By installing or using Diatago you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Diatago does

Diatago records the days you spend in countries, from trips you enter, import, or that the app detects from approximate location, and compares them with limits such as the Schengen 90/180 rule (Regulation (EU) 2016/399, Art. 6), tax residency day thresholds and visa limits you set up.

3. No professional advice

Results depend on the dates the app knows about and on the rules you choose. Automatic detection can miss or misplace a day (for example with location off, no signal, near a border or on a flight). Rules change and exceptions exist (bilateral agreements, residence permits, long-stay visas, special tax regimes). You are responsible for checking your dates and for complying with the law. To the extent permitted by law, CodeEnsis is not liable for overstays, refused entry, fines, taxes or other consequences of relying on the app.

4. Premium and subscriptions

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it to break the law.

6. Availability

We work to keep Diatago accurate and available but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Features may change.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Diatago Privacy Policy.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
