Who you're agreeing with
These terms are between you and CodeEnsis Ltd. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Cyprus that publishes Sprout Guard ("the Game"). By using this website or the Game, you agree to what's below.
Using Sprout Guard
Sprout Guard is free to download and play. It has no advertising and no in-app purchases, and it does not ask you to create an account. Your progress (your Garden, unlocks and settings) is stored only on your device, so uninstalling the Game or clearing its data removes it, and we cannot restore it.
Your data
What the Game collects, and the choice you have over analytics, is described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Please don't try to cheat in ways that interfere with the Game or our services, disrupt or overload them, scrape them, or reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the Game, except where the law expressly allows it.
Our content
The Game, its artwork, music, text and code, and the text, layout, images and code on this site, are owned by CodeEnsis Ltd. We license the Game to you for personal, non-commercial play, not for redistribution. You're welcome to share links and to stream or record your own play; email us first if you want to reuse our artwork or copy in any other way, for example in press coverage.
Updates
We may update the Game, add or change features, or stop offering it. Because the Game is free and keeps its progress on your device, we can't promise that every feature or every saved Garden will carry over to every future version.
Our liability
Sprout Guard is provided "as is." We work to keep it stable and fun, but we can't guarantee it will be free of bugs or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeEnsis is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of game progress, arising from your use of the Game or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as Sprout Guard develops. Material changes will be summarized at the top with a new date. Continued use of the Game or site after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to CodeEnsis Ltd. (Cyprus).
