HIDDEN MITTEN

Terms of Use.

Effective: August 20, 2026

The short version. Hidden Mitten is a picture game for children, sold as a one-time purchase with no subscription. Use it on your own devices, don't resell it, and understand that we provide it as it is.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Hidden Mitten mobile application published by CodeEnsis Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. If the app is for a child, the adult who installs it accepts these terms on the child's behalf.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer, or extract the artwork or other assets from the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Purchases

The app is free to download and includes two complete scenes. A single optional non-consumable purchase ("Full version") unlocks the remaining scenes permanently on the account that bought it. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
The purchase can be restored on other devices signed in to the same store account using "Restore purchase" in the grown-ups section.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue store refunds ourselves.

4. Parental gate

The purchase screen, the settings, and every link that leaves the app sit behind a parental gate. The gate is a safeguard, not a guarantee: keep store purchase confirmation enabled on the device, and use Screen Time (iOS) or Parental Controls (Google Play) if you want a hard block.

5. Content

All scenes, illustrations, objects and sounds in the app are the property of CodeEnsis Ltd. and are protected by copyright. The app contains no user-generated content, no chat, no social features, and no links to external content other than those named in the Privacy Policy.

6. Privacy

The app collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove scenes and features in future versions, and we may discontinue the app. Scenes already unlocked by a purchase remain available in the versions in which they shipped.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
