Permissions, popups, ads, onboarding screens, upgrade prompts — all before the core feature is even visible.
For newer CodeEnsis utility apps, the goal became:
- instant launch
- minimal onboarding
- one primary action
- faster perceived performance
The flashlight app became the first product built fully around this principle.
